To apply for funding you will be required to complete an application form, submit a project budget, an annual report and a set of audited or independently examined accounts.

Options:
  1. Download the Application Form and fill it in. This can then be emailed to: contact@woodwardcharitabletrust.org.uk with the required documents.
    OR
  2. Type your application on screen below and then click the "submit" button when complete. (You will then need to put the project budget, annual report and audited accounts in the post.)
    Please note there is no facility to save partially completed online applications.
    OR
  3. Open and print the Application Form. Fill it in manually and return it in the post with the other required documents.
